Gary's Ice Cream is looking for counter help for the year 2010 season's crew.
We are looking for happy, friendly people with outgoing personalities and great manners.
We want Gary's to be a fun place to work and we want customers to see that you are happy to work here.

Our season runs from Feb. 15, 2010 thru mid-November, 2010.

Some jobs run for the whole season while others are during summer vacation (June, July & August)
The majority of our business is on weeknights after 6 o'clock and on weekends, especially weekend nights.
If you go away often with family, or simply don't want to work nights or weekends - then this would probably not be the best job for you.

We are looking for cashier/order takers, order makers/facilitators, and bus/cleaning staff.

Gary's Ice Cream has employed hundreds of teens and young adults since its founding in 1973.
Many of our alumni have gone on to become business leaders, attorneys, doctors, politicians,
and just plain folk.

 Gary's Ice Cream is a fast-paced but fun environment. 
You must be at least 16 years old and able to work til our 10pm summer closing time (plus 30 min or so of cleaning after).
You must be able to work at least one weekend day and one weekend night shift EVERY week throughout the summer. 
You must be able to work on the 3 holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day). 
You need to be able to commit to working for us through the end of  September, unless you specifically tell us otherwise during the interview process.
